« We will never stay onsite at Alton Towers again if this property is available! Closer to the park entrance than hotels, no need to battle the monorail crowds. Georgina the owner was extremely friendly & her communication for check in was excellent. The home itself was newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Perfectly clean with all the amenities provided for a short stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be booking again if lucky to find it available. »

« Cody, warm cottage very close to the town centre. Lovely and quiet. Would benefit from an information folder detailing where everything is and other useful stuff.Lovely to be met with a bottle of red wine! 😃 »

« I go away with work most weeks and this has to be up there with one of the best places I have stayed in. Would love to come back in the summer. I’ve now booked up for my third successive week. The kitchen is perfect, plenty of work space and well laid out. Bit of confusion over the microwave until I realised it was built into the oven. Maybe do with a washing machine. Great surroundings and a great place to stay. »

« Our stay was amazing , the Cottage was Clean Comfortable and cosy with all amenities available for our stay. Pool and the jacuzzi was excellent, I had some eye irritation so would recommend googles. Amazing weather so the walks and climbs were super enjoyabje and fun. Would definitely recomemd this cottage. Host are nice and friendly and we had some good advice on some sceneric routes and places to visit. 10/10 »

« The road up is definitely steep. And hard to park. But its a great location. Close to the cable cars. The house is kind of oddly decorated but was clean and loved the view from the table outside in the morning. »

« Great farm cottage in the Staffordshire moorlands. Perfect for a peaceful time away. Rooms were all very clean and lovely decor.You need a car to get there and visit places but a footpath runs straight from the cottage if you want to get out into the countryside which is stunning.Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend! »

« One of the best properties we've stayed at. All the little extras and touches made our stay really special. Julie was very responsive with answering our questions and gave lots of suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. I would love to visit the area and stay at The Old Toffee Shop again. »

« We have just returned from a couple of nights at Brewers Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and bigger than it seems from the photos. Foolow is convenient access to some lovely areas and walks in the Peak District, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage is the local pub that does fabulous food and has very friendly staff. Do take a torch for the walk there and back on darker nights though!! All in all, a fantastic stay and we would...
