« Do not book this property on vybro , got there for a concert only to find the owners "didnt know about my booking " didnt get access to property, had to book a hotel 30 miles out as none were left in the area due to the concert »

« The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Glebe Cottage. We could not fault anything. Communications and directions were clear. The cottage was immaculate and well presented with beautiful views. Having the use of the hot tub was also a bonus. Highly recommend. »

When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow...

The house was exactly as described spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone.We were visiting Birmingham for an event at the NEC, and the location worked perfectly, with easy access to both the NEC and Birmingham city centre.Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive, and the property had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again. »
