« Après 1 journée de marche depuis Matlock (environ 35km), nous avions apprécié notre chambre dans ce b&b. Chambre très confortable, très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Pas beaucoup de choses à voir dans la ville mais Tideswell est un bon point de départ pour faire beaucoup de randonnées. »

« joli Bed and Breakfast. bon service. Joli petit déjeuné avec des fruits frais. notre chambre contenait deux lits qui aurait pu être reliés et attachés ensemble pour n'en faire qu'un. Jolie petite salle de bain privée. seul défaut, la route pour monter est assez étroite. Heureusement qu'il y en a deux.(nous pouvons donc choisir laquelle nous voulons) »

« Stayed here for 2 night's in June and loved it, the place is warm and welcoming, the bed was massive and comfy with plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was easy to use and very clean, definitely stay here again. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cooked how you like it, the host was friendly and veey helpful. »

« This was a lovely home with gracious and helpful hosts, off-street parking and a fabulous garden right next door to a historic 14th century Norman church. Alistair gave us lots of very helpful information about beautiful local walks, along with excellent maps and detailed instructions. The village is great with several nice places to eat (again Tricia and Alistair gave us excellent advice), and a local bakery which will make you a packed lunch for your walks. « Only a one-night stay but service was excellent and very accommodating. The room was very clean and had all necessary en-suite facilities including Tea/Coffee making with essential biscuits. Breakfast was included in the price but I was leaving at 5.15 in the morning to catch a balloon flight. The staff provided cereal to take to the bedroom overnight and offered to provide a sandwich if we were unable to arrive back before end of breakfast at 9.30.
