« Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

« The property was perfect for 3 families (9 Adults 1dog). Plenty of space for us all, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen, games etc. it was too cold to use the garden but that looked very well maintained. The area was quiet with plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants within 5 mins. The beach was a few minutes walk away which was a great plus for dog walks. Would definitely stay again, thanks! »

 nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

« We had a lovely stay at Seagulls seeing in 2026. The house was full of character, well equipped, spacious clean and tidy. The secure garden was ideal for the dogs. The log fire was nice and extra blankets very thoughtful. Beds were cosy and comfy too. Being a stones throw from the beach was brilliant. We'd definitely stay again. »
