« Walkable to village centre. Lovely open outlook to green space. Coffee and tea provided. Beds were sooo comfortable. Small but perfectly formed. »

« Great location and friendly helpful host.We loved it and so did our dog.Very comfortable bed and good supply hot water in spacious shower. Kitchen a bit limited as no oven, but we eat out mostly at excellent pubs 5 mins drive away. You do need a car though as no shops or pubs nearby. We loved the peace and quiet. »

« The house has everything for combined generations and especially children to have a super holiday. It was clean, spacious and a peaceful area. It is well placed to walk to three different beaches or drive to two.The pool is a great size for swimming and with steps across one end for children to play. »

« Lovely large family property. We spent 2 nights here and could’ve stayed a week. Pool was a good temperature & larger than expected which was a bonus, surrounding area was clean. The hot tub was warm and very relaxing. Beautiful kitchen. Great coffee machine and plenty of utensils in the cupboards. Lots of light in the conservatory area and good space to sit outside. « We love this place..almost want to give a bad review so no one else comes!! The perfect little bolt hole..away from the busy end of town..glorious walks at golden hour along the nature reserve.Perfect accommodation with everything you need for a wonderful stay. »

« A tidy property close to the sea. The adjacent beach is pebbled so no sand castles. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is in the local town. For elderly people the shower and the bath would need a bit of careful manoeuvering. Plenty of local sights to see at Chichester, Bosham and Emsworth. »

« This cottage had everything we could possibly need and we were very happy to stay. It has excellent amenities and though its location is rural, distances to plenty of places to visit are small. This area is a cycling paradise and we really enjoyed transporting our bikes to the varied routes in the area of Portsmouth and Chichester etc. Our bikes were very safe in the garden of the cottage due to the gated community.
