« Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them. It was very clean, although having an extra mattress leaning against the wall in the smallest bedroom made at least that room feel cluttered and cramped.
