Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly. »

« The parking was good, off from the road, car was secure. The hostess was great, and very friendly. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner, dust all over the covered garbage bin in bathroom, huge cobweb in corner, and large peeling area on wall of bathroom. Large cobwebs at top of one window. No electrical outlet by beds, major frustration because husband uses CPAP machine to sleep. Continental breakfast was good, lots of fruit. Temperature of water hard to control in shower. No washcloths...

« I could not gain access to the hotel. Also the phone number given by Hotels.com to contact the hotel did not work. Also hotel.com are refusing me a refund despite me arriving and being unable to gain entry. »

« I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. »
