« Our stay was excellent. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was perfect. The street comes alive in the evening with friendly restaurants and a pub. The two 2nd level bedrooms are American queen sized beds so keep that in mind when considering your comfort. Plenty of storage in the single bunk room. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this location. »

« The host did not give us the key pickup location and I had to call en route to find this out. There were several cleanliness issues which were reported during the stay. The main issue was that the boiler is situated in the top/fourth bedroom and whenever anyone in the flat uses hot water, it fires up, making it impossible to sleep. I would consider this property a 3 bedroom not 4. »

« Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. »

« As a group travelling with kids for sports activities, we really appreciated this beautiful english house. Although the bedrooms can accommodate around 14 people, please note that the dining room table can seat around 8-9 people, as well as 2 at the bar. Very practical are the 3 wc-showers available and the 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The host was very helpful and the house corresponded perfectly to the description. »

I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. »
