« The host was pleasant and easily reachable. Good sea view from the property and walkable distance to the seafront. Cleaning arrangements needs to be improved. Kitchen and crockery wasn't clean enough. The cleaners were still cleaning the property after we arrived which was past our checkin time. And they started cleaning the property while we were away before the checkout. Microwave oven didn't work while we were there which was quite inconvenient. »

« We had a lovely weekend at The Lodge.Gorgeous welcome hamper with home made produce ( the chilli jam was especially delicious). The Lodge was well equipped with everything we needed, washing pods and dishwasher tablets included! The washing machine was very handy. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. "Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très sécurié où il y a de nombreux sièges de banques. Le métro est très proche. Bars et restaurants aux alentours, de même que des épiceries. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est optimisée. Des matériaux de qualité, tout comme l'électroménager. Un très belle découverte proche de Londres sans y être en plein centre. Si vous allez à l'O2, il y a une seule station de métro à prendre."

"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"

"Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : une chambre confortable et des espaces impeccablement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a été incroyablement accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !"
