« The hotel has an elegant, stylish atmosphere with well‑thought‑out decor. May at the front desk was warm and attentive, checking me in efficiently and thoughtfully. The room was clean and comfortable with great attention to detail. I had a fantastic stay. It’s a really relaxing place for travelers and highly recommended. »

« Firstly I didn’t realise there were no windows in the room (my mistake) tried to move but the staff very unhelpful, hotel is very dirty our room stank of cigarettes so the cleaners came up and sprayed air freshener I would rate this hotel as a poor two star at best. It is quite far out from the centre of the city (about 30 ish mins on the metro) and nothing to do in the local area. It reminded me of a seedy hookers hotel. »
