« After trying to check in I was told I had to come back in an hour because the room was being cleaned allegedly. The room stunk of mold. There was black mold and funguses growing on the wall under the desk. The carpet was soaking wet and reeked of mold. There was several used condoms under the edge of the bed. The neighboring room which the gentleman appeared to live their full-time was openly smoking meth in the parking lot. No staff were able to be found to address the problems after checking. »

« Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. Overall just love the house and Buffalo is the best city I’ve ever visited. We frequented the Big Tree next door and couldn’t have met nicer people or been more welcomed. Definitely...

« We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! « The apartment is clean and spacious with plenty of charm. I claimed one of the seats in the nook for my reading and morning email. Beds were comfortable including the pull out. We would stay again! »

« We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for the weekend for my son’s wedding and it was a great location with a lot of stores close for last minute things. The house was very spacious with just about every amenity you would need. Cleanliness at its finest. Very easy self checkin and the host was so very kind and attentive (although we didn’t need anything) they made sure we had everything. Great communication. Plenty of parking. »

« Anthony responded promptly and updated Our information for our check in. I would suggest if you are arriving during Bills events, to try to communicate before getting close to the stadium. The activity at the stadium occasional disrupts phone calls and texts. It may slow down response , but Anthony will respond. « This place was just right for our needs, right up the street from the stadium. Everything was clean even in the smallest corners, no dust. Rob was very responsive, he even dropped off a fire pit that we used to bring in my birthday. I'd definitely stay here again or any other property that Rob owns. »
