« This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. We had the junior suite which has the stone tub as our bath and it was a dream come true. Japanese style futons were so comfortable even after a long day of snowboarding. « 春スキーで親子で利用しました。朝食も夕食もバイキングを付けて良かったです。 夕食にカニと甘エビが気に入って沢山いただきました．チェックアウト後の居場所も無料休憩室などあり大変助かりました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も親切で、ニューオータニのホスピタリティを満喫させていただきました。 次回は滞在日数長めでお世話になりたいです。 »

« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « really good, we spent only 1 evening, to go skiing, there is a free shuttle to go to the nearby slopes and a great onsen available. »

« hôtel très familial comme la station. buffet du soir parfait et très copieux... le petit déjeuner un peu moins bien. Onsen public très propre avec petit bassin extérieur... enneigé lors de notre séjour. rapport qualité prix excellent et proximité avec Tokyo rend cette station très attractive »

« The location is near Kagura tashiro rope lift but far from yuzawa center. It is better to have car with you when you book this accommodation. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. There are long term accommodated ski coaches stay there therefore the kitchen were very busy in the morning and evening breakfast and dinner time. The car can be stuck by heavy snow in their parking space. Here is mainly for ski or snowboarding activities. »
