« The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. « Wifi is a no brainer. Was not possible to log in with room and last name. Managed once to log in via coupon from reception but only worked 15 min and extremely slow. Ols address this as it is a basic need for any hotel »

« I would feel positive about this hotel if it was classified 4*. The 5* rating was not reflected in the standard of comfort in the room (though it would be fine as 4*) nor the in-room amenities (only 3*). So it was an ok stay, at ok value for money, but not up to 5* expectations. »

« Good hotel. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past three years and it’s keeping its good quality and standards. However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« Great Location, excellent infrastructure, great f&b facilities and courteous, helpful and compassionate team... »

« Excellent hôtel. Confort, propreté, personnel qualifié. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon hôtel pour décompresser pendant un séjour en Inde. Bravo. »

« This place was terrible!!! Stay away! »

« Dans une rue perpendiculaire et non sur la rue principale (erreur carte 200m à gauche voir photo). Personnel très sympa. Chambre de bonne taille confortable et calme »
