« The staff could not do enough for you... The rooms were spotless, very clean... Amenities.. The spa was OK, lights in changing room not working & no spa treatments were available... Having said that the staff were fantastic & that made up for the whole experience.... The food in the restaurant at night was top class »

« Excellent hotel with good bar food and restaurant options.The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Next to good hiking trails in the beautiful Ribble Valley Only downside was the rooms on the ground floor get some noise from creaking floors from the rooms above. Last visit was particularly bad because there was a wedding reception so the noise from the floor above went on very late. »

« Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. We had breakfast and it was excellent. Plenty of choice from continental to full English. Basically all you could eat. The service was excellent. Couldnt do enough for you. Would stay again. »
