« Very good selection for breakfast did not use pool or hot tub »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We liked that so many activities were available to us within a short walk from our room. The atmosphere was upbeat and everyone we met were having a great stay. We will definitely go here again. »

« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape! »

« Nice unit. Has been recently painted and mostly updated. Some of the furniture looked dated and the cabinets and countertops were very dated. Kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking. We were on the 2nd floor so we had units above and below us. There was a lot of noise above, below and from the unit next to us that had an adjoining door where both units could be rented together. « Terrible run down motel. There are so many buses every day so bus participants pay one charge for the entire trip so the companies pick the cheapest overnight stays. First upon check-in our TV didn’t work and had to call maintenance. Then the plug-in by sink would not work. I can outstretch my arms with elbows bent and touch each wall in the toilet/tub room. « Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful »

« The property and room were nice. The room was warmer than I like when sleeping and you are unable to set the thermostat on your chosen temperature. The sales pitch and attempt to get you to participate in the video and survey are over the top and uncomfortable. Adults should not be trying to get other adults to high five for no real reason. The sales people should really read their clientele better. Overall it was a good stay. »

« This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. When I checked in, the woman at the desk told me I was in the second building like I was being sent to the dungeon by the way she said it. I asked if it there was a problem with it and she realized how it came off and assured me it was fine, even preferred, just that I'd have to come to the main building for breakfasts.
