« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Welcoming host! Very nice stay, close to SilverDollar City. I loved the beds, they were so comfortable! The amenites were great, they even had regular and decaf coffee for the coffee maker, along with powered creamer and sugar! Which was great, because I forgot to bring mine.The place was very clean and well stocked. The towels were very nice too, luxery hotel quality. I highly recommend! »

« The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. « Wonderful stay! Cabin was excellent. We have stayed in Ridgedale several times before- all good experiences. Only two maintenance items to mention:1) ceiling can light above door to deck flickering badly- may need replacing.2) shower head in queen bed bathroom needs cleaning or replacingThank you for a great stay!
