« The rooms are clean but dated. We were on the 3rd floor and had to I run the water 3 minutes before we could get hot water. If you don’t find a discount I wouldn’t pay the rate they ask. The staff at the dock acted like it was their first day except for Asia. She was great at what she does. This isn’t the resorts fault but during our stay the kids were a big problem. They took over the smaller slide and were clogging the slide with one kid halfway down. Then another 5 or six would get on the...

« Breakfast was good. Pool was small and always full of kids. We had to change rooms because everything in our room wet. I assume from humidity. The maintenance man was rude and said nothing was wet even though the bathroom floor was dangerously wet! The new room wasn’t much better and we couldn’t control the air or fan. We won’t stay again. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. « Pros: Location was great! Area in the back by the river was very nice. Great place for relaxing after a long day. Cons: Breakfast was limited and only included cold items. Room was small, dark, and had an odd smell. Bathroom light randomly came on during the night. Lots of wasps around stairs and porch area. »

« Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful »
