« Start strong with the staff. I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunt. They brought me shower chair because the handicap/wheelchair room was not available even though I requested in reservation. The hotel smell musky, the lobby corners were dirty, the room had 2 full trash cans, previous guest food in mini fridge, there was lil papers, can tabs all around the beds, there was trash left on ledge of bathtub, and lip prints on the window.
