« This was the worst motel I have ever experienced. There was no hotel staff on the property. The room temp was extremely cold and there was no way to adjust the AC. When I moved the shower curtain the rod fell on my head. The bathroom was dirty and moldy caulk. I called Expedia to cancel and they had to contact the hotel to do that. Expedia attempted to call them and did not get an answer. I contacted my CC company immediately to advise that I would be disputing this $844 charge. I recommend...

« I like the simple AmericInn design, the breakfast, the pool and hot tub. I didn't like not having an elevator and on this visit the hot tub was out of order. My wife and I are in goood shape so the lack of an elevator didn't bother us much. »

« Overall very satisfied. Room was very clean , nice location. Loved the full kitchenette so I could do simple cooking instead of buying foods every day. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. The only thing I wanna mention as sort of negative feedback was one of the washer in the laundry room was broken and didn’t get repaired during my entire stay( almost 2 weeks). So there were busy times that the people had to wait for h the turn depending on the other working machines. Other than this,...
