« Walking into the condo was like walking into 1981. Seriously outdated decor. A lot of dust on furniture and lamps. Hard floors left your white socks dirty. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The staff were very nice folks though. Our Air was off when we checked in, but they came to fix it right away. The biggest I complaint I have was after we checked out. I inadvertently left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom and it somehow magically disappeared. I called the...

« We could not understand any of the staff as they did not speak very good English. Our room was filthy. And we had bed bugs. »

« Breakfast was your sub par breakfast buffet. Our bed only had a VERY thin fitted sheet no.padding on the mattress. I thought since bed bug issues more was required »

« The breakfast selection was better than expected. We had a nice first floor room right across from the pool and workout area. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. I will definitely be staying there again if we go back to Holiday World. »

« The room was poorly stocked for a group of 4 people. The tv was hard to access. To use the free Wi-Fi you had to watch a sales video and the Wi-Fi was not secure. The breakfast cereal was stale. »

« Billie was very communicative and went above and beyond to help us celebrate my husbands 50th. When she found out she left a cake in the fridge for us to have to celebrate. we are so grateful for you Billie and we will be back! Thank you for your kindness and sharing your special cabin with us! »

« We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along. »
