« I made a reservation one month ago for two rooms joining. I called one week before our visit to confirm that I had joining rooms for two rooms because I was traveling with minors. I also informed them that I would have a late check-in because we were coming from holiday world all of that was confirmed on the phone. « Overall it was a decent place to stay. Staff was a little hard to find at times. Our room had a lamp shade that appeared to be crushed and tilted when we arrived but everything was functional and clean. »

« The staff is very kind and helpful. Very pleased with the onsite restaurant, staff was accommodating and gracious. We loved the food and service was best we have had. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The kids enjoyed the pool area…it has a nice size pool, hot tub, swallow pool and a “water park” feature for kids. We would go back for sure. Good to know: It’s an older facility with outside door access only. No elevator. »

« Overall better than my last visit to a Quality Inn, room clean, the man when I checked in wasn’t fluent in English and seemed like he was annoyed. Later when I returned from where I visited, the older Indian couple were very friendly and asked if everything was good. The pool and the outside of building was pretty run down looking, but I don’t normally use the pool anyway.
