Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. « We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." After getting check in taken care of and getting to our room, the floor was completely soaked. From the front carpet to the tile in the bathroom. It was late enough...

« The room itself was clean. The pool was not at all. It was gross. The hotel is close to a highway and the noise level is very high. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the parking lot side of the hotel. And I wouldn't bring my swimsuit. Seriously, gross. »
