« Sadly have to write a poor review for hotel. Cleanliness was ok, bed was uncomfortable because it appeared that the mattress was old and lumpy. No hot water!! Had to call the front desk on my cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work. Finally got warm water. The sink faucet looked like they had been working on it as the caps on the handles had been removed. Water barely trickled from either hot (actually hardly tempid) or cold. « Had to switch rooms because the HVAC did not work. Alarm clock hard to see the digits. No facial tissues, which is rare for a hotel. Bathroom light comes on when you walk in the door, which is bad in the middle of the night. Staff quite helpful. »
