« The hotel itself was fine. The elevator was broke and the only available rooms, we were told, was on the 3rd floor. It was a long haul up the stairs since I was alone. The breakfast was nothing warm. It was just a variety of cereal options and some bagels/bread for toast. I would probably stay again if I had to, but wish I would have known ahead of time on the breakfast/elevator! »

« Went into my room when I was at work. Claiming he smelled smoke and that was a lie. I was appalled to find this out. The whole place smells like an ashtray and not to mention checked me into a a dirty room but did change it. I was visiting for work but I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Don’t leave your belongings inside either. Obviously, it doesn’t matter if the do not disturb sign is on the door. Manager is shady!!! »

« We checked in at 4in the afternoon. When we walked in the door at the end of the hall it smelled like smoke and I thought maybe someone was cooking in their room. But we realized it was a smelly food being cooked in the breakfast area. I believe it was Indian food. I didn’t want to smell that or have that smell in my room. There were not enough towels for the two of us, and they don’t clean daily so you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 4...

« Positives: Comfy beds and pleasant staff. Negatives: The air conditioner rattled and the floor had bugs on it. The worst part was how loud the upstairs guests were until 4am. I got no sleep. I reported this to staff twice, but nothing seemed to change. There was a family of 7 above me bouncing balls on the floor and jumping off beds all night. I won’t stay again. »

« Clean tub and get better bedding and towels they were dingy and my ac/ unit didn’t work well »
