« Had pleasant stay at Montcler hotel, our first impress as we walked into grand lobby was "WOW" lobby was recently renovated with coffee service with lodge feel. Rooms are ecofriendly, well maintained upscale feel. Staff was welcoming, quick check-in and great stay. We will comeback for our corporate stay. Nice amenities, good functional gym, newer televisions and excellent stay. »

« This is my 3rd stay here and this hotel has gone downhill in the passed 8 months. It’s dirty, dingy, I had to disinfect my bathroom before I could use it. I had to buy baking soda to sprinkle on the carpeting because of the Smokey/musty smell. I was very disappointed and unless it is cleaned up considerably I will not stay here again »

« Tout était parfait l’accueil,la propreté,la literie,chambre spacieuse avec 2 grands lits et un canapé lit ,cuisine. Le petit déjeuner permettait de bien démarrer la journée avec gaufres, fruits, bagel steak et fromage en tranches,œufs au plat, céréales ,granola et jus de fruits, Yaourt (sucré) c est le seul reproche que j’ai à faire car il n y avait pas de fromage blanc ou yaourt nature.C’est à 5min à pieds d’un supermarché et à 10min à pied de l’université NIU.La piscine était propre et à...

« Room was ok. Lots of damage in the room, cracked toilet tank, shower drained slow, hole behind door. No deli or snack bar as website states, vending machine for drinks was broken and the one for food was close to empty. Staff were great though, very and accommodating. »
