Comté de DeKalb : recherchez des hôtels

« Location was good, interior and lobby of the hotel were fine. Rooms need updating but everything was functional and it worked. We had a problem getting checked in - not at the staffs fault, but management for not scheduling more than one employee to man the desk plus help other guests. The employee who checked us in was very kind but clearly needed an extra set of hands, at no fault of his own. »

« Clean comfortable room and attentive staff. Decent Breakfast!! Will be back!! »

« Ok »

« I travel with my little dog so it's very convenient and centrally located in Sycamore. I stay here quite often. »

« Used way too much cleaning product. The scent stayed in my room and in my sinuses for the entire stay.. »

« Staff not welcome a night shift »

« It was a quick overnight stay for a football game, but everything I needed was offered, my wife got some coffee in the morning, and I used to workout room all very convenient and successful, thank you much »

« The staff was friendly. The hotel is dated, but functional. We left early and did not try the breakfast. »

« We had a smooth check in. This place was very clean and spacious and accommodated 5 of us very comfortably. The location was very convenient, so close to many grocery stores even within a walking distance. The host was very helpful and responded to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone, we will definitely book again. »

« This vrbo was nasty to say the least. The first night we got in close to midnight and went straight to bed, only to smell the strong smell of dog urine. I had no choice but to stay at that point bc it was so late. The owner tried using natures miracle the next day when I complained to help with the smell but it still didnt take the smell out completely, and they used plug ins to cover up the smell. Those were there before I arrived. Red flag. This place had no updating in years. I took photos to...

« Couch was broken before we arrived. Slow draining shower. Property should mention that it is a college-type apartment. »
