« 74 Ranch is a very special place!! The scenery is gorgeous, especially with the horses meandering through the pastures. The buildings have a lot of history and are very inviting, comfortable and pleasingly decorated. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. breakfast was delicious. »

« Hotel tout simple accolé à l'Outlet, et proche du Walmarkt ainsi que des réstos petit déjeuné franchement pas top ( mais dunkin donuts à coté... ouf ) les moquettes sont vraiment "cra-cra" il faudrait songer à les changer ! Si non, très grande chambre et très très grands lits »

« Traveling to play softball tournament in Ellijay. We chose this hotel for price and location. Both were a plus. Staff was having issues with the language barrier upon checking in. Also they don’t offer any type of breakfast at this hotel, so plan accordingly. »

« This place was absolutely amazing. Sue and Stu were great hosts and have thought of any and everything to make the guests experience a great time. 10/10 would recommend. »

« The property worked great for an off-site work meeting. There is plenty of seating to accommodate 10+ people upstairs, downstairs, and on the back porch/balcony. The house is clean and well-maintained. »

« In town for a party at Big Canoe and wedding at The Venue at Sharp Top. This place was perfectly situated, and in a very nice neighborhood. No hassle at all. Owner sent entry directions timely, they worked perfectly. Place was better than expected, with everything discreetly labeled for convenience. Shower with a big shelf and foot stool was much appreciated, as was the comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of air conditioning. Couch was so comfortable, it would serve as bed on its own. Great...
