The master bedroom offers a king bed with fresh linens and ample windows that fill the room with natural light. A 50` HD TV adds extra comfort for relaxing after a day of exploration. This room also includes a private bathroom for your convenience.

There is parking directly in front of the house, so you can drive your car right up to the front door.

• DeSoto Falls – 20 minutes drive

A favorite local spot for hiking and picnicking. Follow the Pink Trail to the base of the 104-foot waterfall — it’s stunning year-round, and you can even take a dip in the pool below on warm days.

• Little River Canyon National Preserve – 25 minutes drive

Locals love spending the day here exploring scenic overlooks, swimming holes, and hiking trails. The views are incredible, especially in the late afternoon light.

• DeSoto State Park – 25 minutes drive

Over 20 miles of trails, waterfalls, and picnic areas. It’s a go-to for a peaceful nature walk or a full-day hike.

• Mentone Arts Center – 10 minutes drive

One of Georgia’s most beautiful parks with sweeping canyon views, waterfalls, and trails — a must-see for hikers and photographers.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred. While Uber and Lyft are available, getting a ride may not always be easy.

➤ Bella Vista is off Hwy 157, nestled in a quiet area with two nearby homes, offering privacy without complete isolation.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ The pool is serviced weekly around May 1st–Oct 1st, so a technician may stop by to check the pool levels. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the pool.
➤ Scheduled lawn care takes place during the warmer months and may occur during your stay.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ Pets are not allowed.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies.
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the

Summer Week away

Girls much needed get away!!!

We had a party of 4 all women. We loved the house it was very cute. So many wonderful amenities they provide. We enjoyed the peace we we're looking to unwind and enjoy each other's company we did just that. The pool deck was great as was the deck on the house. The view was splendid. We wish the pool was warmer but felt going so early in May was the reason it was cold.

Not What I Thought

Family vacay after Xmas. This was not a cabin. This was a contemporary home. Stayed in Blue Ridge the previous year, in a cabin, in the mountains and it was beautiful. So when I booked this, I was hoping for the same (from what wasI read). We wanted to try a different area, same type of setting and it turned out not so. This home does not have a loft. It is a “sitting” area off the upstairs master. There is no privacy. This sat above the kitchen, dining and to the outside doors. So if someone doesn’t care, then this is for them. Master bath has horrible water pressure and shower door doesn’t stay closed. Also, it is definitely not in a quiet place in the mountain. It backs up to a road well traveled, has two neighbors on each side, one neighbor has a dog that constantly barks . For myself wanting the quiet, solitude of mountain time, it didn’t happen. The pool was covered, because of winter time, but it was gross. Water accumulated on top with a bunch of junk. We brought things to grill since it mentioned a grilling area. The grill was disgusting and not cleaned, the tank was empty, not changed over. Beautiful windows facing the mountain were dirty, with cob webs and what looked like dirt. Fire pit, a plus on our list but no starters or pokers, we had to wind up getting these. We stayed five days and paid a bit for this place. Not worth all of it and will not be back. There was a positive, the cute dog that visited us everyday( no barking) just cuteness!

Thanksgiving Weekend

The cabin was great. Great view, great kitchen and beds and great location. We enjoyed walking the lower dirt road with the neighbor dog. Visited Cloudland and DeSoto State Parks as well as Mentone. Would be fun to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool. Beautiful sun rise and sun sets were a plus! Highly recommend.

Great Getaway!!!

This property is accurately described and properly maintained.The house and yard are clean. The views from the house are amazing! Also, we were visited by the friendly neighbors dog. A very friendly dog that hung out with us on the deck as well as the fire pit. Overall, this place is great! Only 22 minute drive to play golf at McClemore. Owners are very responsive and friendly. I will definitely look to book this place again!

Mountain Getaway

Overall, we loved this vacation. Our family usually looks for beach vacations, but we wanted something different this year. What we liked about this house was that it was very modern. It wasn’t just some cabin in the woods! The house was well furnished and the amenities were enough. We enjoyed the remote location, the views, the pool, and even the neighbor dog who kept us company. It was definitely a place to relax and renew. My only complaint was that there was a leak in the upstairs shower the week before we arrived. I didn’t check our VRBO account, so it was a surprise when we walked in. Over half of the kitchen ceiling had been removed to expose pipes. A small leak dripped into a pan on the floor. There was also exposed piping at the top of the steps to the loft and in the loft bathroom. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation quickly became a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath vacation. With a family of four, it double our time to shower and get ready for the day (Especially with multiple showers from swimming and hiking). I appreciate that they messaged us, but I think the right thing to do was credit us back a portion of our stay. Maybe a free night? You work all year for that one vacation only to have a pretty decent change once you arrive. I understand things happen, but i just think it could have been handled differently.

50th bday celebration!!

This house is amazing!! We spent A LOT of time at the pool. It has EVERYTHING you need - floats, lounge chairs, table and chairs, umbrellas, etc. The house was so cute and perfect for 4 adults. We cooked a couple meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. At night we were able to watch some Netflix. I reached out prior to the trip and the response was immediate. We visited DeSoto Falls and Mentone Market - both were great!! Highly recommend Brow Park. Gorgeous views.

This home has everything needed-kitchen was well-stocked, paper goods included, and a view that can’t be compared. We had no problem with cell reception in the area. It can take a bit longer to get to stores and restaurants, but we were prepared for that. 5 STARS!!!

Amazing property with scenic veiws

The house and property were soo beautiful! So peaceful to wake up to the big windows and view. Check in was great, pool was clean, and hosts were available when needed. If you are interested in restaurants and sightseeing that's not hiking- be prepared to drive! Alot of stuff that we were interested in was 20 to 30 min away. Only complaint was the bugs! I get it- go to Georgia and you'll have to deal with bugs outside but there were a decent amount in the house too. A little hand vacuum would've been convenient to get rid of them painlessly. Overall we would love to stay again!

Would definitely rent property again. Very clean, Didn't have to bring a lot. Most everything you need is already there.
