« Hôtel tout neuf, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Néanmoins, cela ne fait pas tout. Chambre non faite le 2eme jour et serviettes non changées. Nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre de douche vu que ces dernières avaient traîné au sol. Obligées de descendre à l'accueil pour en avoir deux propres. Petit déjeuner le plus pauvre en choix de tout notre road trip. Arrivées à 8h30, plus rien dans les plats, plus d'oeufs, plus de quiche, plus de pâte à gaufre plus d'english muffins, et pareil le'demain. et...

« Our first born grandson had to stay a few extra days in the hospital so we stayed a couple of extra days in Nampa. When we checked in the front desk clerk was so sweet and when she noticed I had a hospital band she let me know that the hotel offers a special rate St Lukes. It was a nice discount also. »

« Our room smelled like a restaurant kitchen fryer. There was stuff all under the floor including a broken off false fingernail. We complained, and they offered to clean the floors, but not switch rooms. The fingernail was gone upon our return, but the floor still had visible stuff all over. It appeared to be rice and crumbs. We were stuck with the smell and were disgusted by the entire stay. If we hadn't gotten back from our concert after 11pm, we would have considered trying to find a new place. »

« The staff was friendly and helpful. But the motel was way too basic for the price, especially the fully outdated and very small bathroom. »
