« Stayed here while attending Laconia bike week 2026. It’s a good distance from Weirs beach and Loudon racetrack, however if you’re looking ride your bike the distance allows you to enjoy the roads and scenery. The rooms were clean and modern along with a friendly atmosphere. Red arrow diner is a short distance away. »

« The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring. »

« Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the indoor pool was well-maintained, clean, and safe to swim in. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, my biggest concern was the hotel's use of a remote Customer Service Kiosk instead of an in-person front desk. As a Deaf traveler who relies heavily on lipreading, this system was very difficult to use. I had to communicate with a representative through a TV screen, and there were no captions available....

« This is a nice hotel, walkable to campus. However, they tried to ignore my Expedia rate and book me in at a considerably higher rate. What was worse, I had prepaid an Expedia deposit which they had no record of. I was able to show them my email as proof. They had no interest in solving this issue for me and kept waving me off, telling me to take care of it myself later on. Upon checkout, they send you a text, instructing you to text that you have departed and they will send your final bill...

« Beautiful and spacious rooms! What a great layout too. We especially appreciated that they had cribs available and already set up for us when we arrived. So nice to have a full working kitchen area and full size fridge. Great place to stay for families. Good variety of hot breakfast as well. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again! »

« The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I »
