« The breakfast was great the first day but lacking the second. The secondary access door was very difficult to open. And the hot tub was under construction, which happens of course but was a personal bummer! That being said, the room was clean, the TV options were great and the pool area was very nice. »

« A beautiful place. Staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. We were granted a late check out, very nice!! But, we were overcharged for our food….thankfully I noticed it on our receipt and it was taken care of. We will be back! Please fix the hot tub! ;) »

« Staff very extremely friendly and helpful. There were canoes and kayaks for anyone to use. It was similar price to some hotels but the kitchen and extra rooms were so nice to have. Like everyone probably says, it’s a little dated, but clean and comfy »

« It was a beautiful trip into Frazee, this area will remind you why it's called land of 10,000 lakes. There is a ton to do around the town between coffee shops, fishing, thrift stores and trolls. The boathouse overall was very cozy and has a beautiful morning view of the lake at your feet. I highly recommend this to a couple looking have a close weekend together! »

« Pro: Team was quick to answer questions, share recommendations, and made the check in/out process very easy. Subway station is steps away. Private outdoor space was wonderful to have. Located in a fun neighborhood. (However, it was not the Tribeca neighborhood as I understand at booking. It’s near the Empire State Building.) Washer/dryer in unit worked great.
