« The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot. »

« We were disappointed that the pool was closed because it “wasn’t summer” the last weekend of May. Had we known that prior to booking, we would have booked elsewhere as we were traveling with a group of kids who were excited about the pool. I was unaware that the rooms are only refreshed every other day. I certainly will never book with a courtyard Marriott again for that reason alone. Paying $250 a night and not getting clean towels delivered or the room freshened up is crazy. There are too...

« Checked in and knew I was in trouble when a big chunk of flooring was missing in the elevator. Got into the dark, dingy, just bad room with a 10in tv on the wall, and immediately booked a room at another hotel. Stayed here for all of about 4 mins. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all. Money wasted. USE CAUTION »
