« The room was very hot. There was only a thick duvet on the bed, so if you’re like me (I need to be covered when I sleep) it was extremely uncomfortable. Also, no fans provided to cool down the room.
A second issue were the toilets. In order to fully flush the toilet (which is required when travelling) you had to pull the handle past 45 degrees with quite a bit of pressure. Both my husband and I thought we were going to break the toilet. No instructions were given. We have travelled extensively...

« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« We stayed here while attending a wedding at the nearby Trump Turnberry hotel. The hotel is a short 15-minute drive from Turnberry and right on the coast road with fantastic views. The hotel has an ample car park and spacious rooms. We found the rooms perfect for our 1-night stay. Included in the room rate are various cold breakfast items like cereals, croissaints, ham in the fridge, fruit yougarts, milk for making tea/coffee. I would not hesitate to recommend this superb hotel. »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom.
The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying.
Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening.
Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality.

« Hôtel de charme, comme on s’attend à trouver en Ecosse. Accueil très sympathique et très prévenant. La table est très bonne, avec une mention particulière pour l’afternoon tea, qui est bien agréable pour un après midi d’automne.. Un grand bravo et un grand merci. »
