SunDestin 1508 is a newly-renovated three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasting incredible gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches, and is located in the hub of central Destin.

Your vacation home sports a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom, two double beds in the additional guest bedroom, a twin-size kids bed nestled in the hall area, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This upscale and welcoming condo has been recently renovated with new wood flooring as well. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom with a king-size bed on your right, which includes a large television. This guest bedroom leads into a guest bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, featuring a brand-new single vanity and tub/shower combination. Nestled to the right of the first bedroom is a set of twin-size bunks, ideal for children to relax and unwind in their own space. Enjoy an in-unit, full-size washer and dryer combination too, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The additional guest bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and offers two twin-size beds and a television in a welcoming atmosphere. The additional guest bathroom also offers a new single vanity and tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen on your right, offering an open layout concept adjoining the dining area and living room. The kitchen has been completely redesigned with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, as well as a beautifully-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home can sleep 12 people if two guests sleep on the double beds in the second guest room and the double sofabed is used.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
