*The resort charges a $25/day resort fee that we must collect in advance for you â this is included in your reservation. This fee includes all of the resort amenities, security staff, and parking for 2 cars! You will be issued up to 6 total wristbands which is our maximum occupancy. Each guest must be present to receive wristbands. No guest pets allowed on property, including emotional support animals.

LOCATION: The Palms of Destin is a fan favorite location in Destin, FL! Our prime, central location puts you in close proximity to all the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the Emerald Coast in famous for. You are within a quick drive or walking distance of many of your favorite restaurants and locations like The Track and Big Kahunas. Closest beaches: public access by Back Porch (.5 miles) or Henderson State Park (1 mile). Henderson State Park has multiple beach access points with wide open beaches, restrooms, beach showers, shaded pavilions with tables for picnic meals, etc! (fee applies, $2/person on the shuttle or $6/car.) Open 8am until sundown. Arrive early during the busy season.)

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Book with confidence â our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest
- The HOA reserves the right to close any amenities for safety or maintenance reasons. No refunds should any amenity be closed during your stay.

RULES
- Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. Please complete within 48 hours of booking.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver â should any accidental damage (up to $500) occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! Security deposits are holds to your account and arenât actually charged.
- We offer optional travel insurance post booking to protect your vacation investment â this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM â We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
- We do not allow parties or third-party bookings.
*Departure instructions â We donât believe in long chore lists for our guests â you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
