« My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house! »

« This place was amazing. If you have a larger group and need more space, it is perfect. A big open living room, plenty of bedrooms and a large open kitchen. I got the best sleep ever on the comfortable bed, and the hot tub was an awesome added touch. The location is good if you are looking for somewhere reasonably close to concert venues on the north side. They are still doing some imorovements to the place, but I will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit. »

« Yes- fully equipped kitchen. Loved the drip coffee maker! It was great to have spices and coffee there. Nice sized kitchen to accommodate 5 of us.Spacious house. Nice fenced in yard. Jill was a prompt and kind communicator. The only thing we wish is that there was more than one king sized bed. Our sons-in-law took turns sleeping in the basement couch because the queen sized beds were just too uncomfortable for two.We will certainly stay there again when we return to Denver. Loved the walkability...
