« The host was very communicative and accommodating from booking on. We booked the place rather last minute as our rental for college graduation was unexpectedly sold and made unavailable. « Great place with plenty of room for 5 adults to have their own space. Comfortable and clean with many updated amenities for an older home. Close to many things. Busy area but never felt unsafe. Due to the time of year, we didn't have use of the pool (no issue for us). »

« Great stay minutes from Golden. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor seating and quiet neighborhood. If I had to find areas of improvement it would be that the house could use some additional seating in the living room. We had 4 people and while the sofa sat 3 and there was another reclining chair, I have big kiddos and it was a little crowded. »
