*Heating and Cooling: The home has a forced-air furnace for heating. Please note that there are ceiling fans in every room, but no central air conditioning. Window AC units will be installed over the summer months*



ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: The property is caddy-corner to an elementary school, so you may hear children during the school day.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Five exterior cameras monitor the front, back, and side yards. There are no interior cameras.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take the trash bins to the curb. They won’t enter the home but will access the backyard through the gate.

NO SMOKING: Smoking/vaping of any kind is forbidden indoors and outdoors and will result in a fine.
