"The Entrance"
As you approach Villa Chintana along the tranquil lane of Gg. Kalpataru, anticipation builds as the white wall with its elegant black accents and inviting brown gate signal your arrival at a place of peace. The Villa Chintana sign proudly marks the entrance. Stepping through the gate, you're greeted by a striking gray and black divider wall adorned with a calming Buddha statue and lush greenery. A charming Balinese-style welcome umbrella adds a touch of tradition, inviting you to leave your worries behind. This wall serves as a peaceful divider between the garage and the shimmering pool, creating a sense of privacy and calm. To your right, you'll find a storage area and parking space for bicyclesâtwo of which are available for leisurely rides around the neighborhood or down to the beach. To your left, the lush garden invites you to explore further, leading you toward the pool area, where relaxation awaits.

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of our Pool and Garden area at Villa Chintana. To the left, a lush, L-shaped garden envelops you with vibrant greenery that extends to the back of the property. A charming outdoor wooden table with comfortable chairs, set on a natural stone platform, invites you to enjoy coffee or drinks, while a full-service BBQ is available upon request for those who love outdoor cooking. A winding pathway of grass and natural stone leads from this seating area to the dining space, nestled between the pool and the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower, located behind the divider wall and surrounded by potted plants and a tree, offers a refreshing rinse amidst nature. Further along, two rattan sun loungers on the grass face the pool and living room, with a round table in between. The centerpiece of this tranquil garden is the 3m x 6m swimming pool, bathed in sunlight and bordered by green natural stone walls and sleek black paras jogja stones, with stairs leading into the sparkling water. The lush garden, dotted with trees and greenery, creates a peaceful retreat where every moment is a chance to unwind and bask in natural beauty.

Step into the inviting Dining Room and Kitchen area, located just to the right as you enter Villa Chintana. This enclosed, air-conditioned space seamlessly blends comfort and style. Upon opening the glass door, youâre greeted by an elegant rectangular dining table crafted from rich wood, seating four. Two armchairs with cozy knitted fabric face a wall adorned with unique custom-made teak wood art, complete with shelving and ceramic ornaments, while a sturdy wooden bench on the opposite side offers additional seating. A slim, four-level wooden shelf in the corner showcases intricate artwork, adding to the room's charm. Behind the dining chairs, a portable standing air conditioner is surrounded by small plants in terrazzo pots, bringing a touch of nature indoors.
