Catastrophique
Catastrophique, réservation faite sur hotel.com arrivé a 6h du matin l'hôtesse d'accueil me dit que la chambre réservé est en travaux que lon ne pourras donc pas dormir a l'hôtel. Il est 6h du matin nous venons d'arriver a New Dehli avec un enfant de 6 ans et devons trouvé un hotel d'urgence car l'hôtel n'a jamais voulu nous trouver une chambre malgré que la chanbre était réservée et PAYÉE ! Autre point en arrivant nous avons été surpris de voir que juste a coter de l'accueil se trouver une boite de nuit , avec plein de personnes alcoolisées qui traîner dans le lobby , pas terrible quand on arrive en famille . Hôtel a fuir , les photos ne sont pas du tout le réalitée !!!

Etablissement bien localisé mais vieillisant
Hotel qui fut de bon standard; bonne localisation, mais l'établissement vieillit, tout l'équipement des chambres est très endommagé, et un bon rafraichissement serait nécessaire. Bon petit déjeuner.

nous avons bien été accueillis, notre chambre la 811 était tres propre et très confortable le petit dej est complet, mais du fait que cela soit un gros hôtel la salle était bruyante nous avons pas pu tester la piscine car la cours était privatisée pour un mariage hormis cela nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel mon mari y fétait ses 30 ans et ils nous avaient surclassés et mis un gateau d'anniversaire dans la chambre

Good and close to be excellent
Excellent Indian restaurant. Diner buffet as well as breakfast buffet could be better. Bakeries and choice of western style food are limited and of a standard quality. This affect an overall excellent stay in this hotel.

Séjour plutôt agréable dans cet hôtel très central. Hotel au centre de New Delhi. Il est assez facile d'aller manger à pied. Notre chambre était très belle et propre. Le hall est défraîchi. Le petit déjeuner très moyen mais correct. La piscine est vraiment petite et zssez décevante.

Innadmissible pour un 5 étoiles
Indigne d'un 5 *. Entretien et propreté moyenne, service approximatif. J'ai réservé pour 9 nuits une Deluxe Suite. Sur le site internet , il y avait des services associé. Fruits dans la chambre: après 2 jours sans rien avoir vu, j'ai été me renseigné. Réponse: il faut réclamer chaque jour!. (normalement service offert avec la chambre). Bouteille offerte à l'arrivée : réponse : aller demander un verre de vin au bar!. Comment un 5 * ose faire ce genre de réponse! transfert gratuit vers l'aéroport : réservation faite via un site de réservation en ligne, l’hôtel refuse ce service! Inclus normalement dans le prix des suites, il y a l'apéritif gratuit le soir. Je suis allé me renseigner, on m'a dit que c'était ouvert jusque 23H. Le lendemain, j'y suis retourné à 21H,Cela fermait à 20H30! Bref, les horaires sont flexibles et en 9 jours, j'ai pu y avoir accès une seule fois. Comme dans tous les grands hôtels, il y a des ordinateurs pour travailler. Lorsque j'ai du imprimer, l'hôtel n'a pas pu me trouver une simple feuille blanche! Après 10 min, on m'a ramené une seule feuille déjà imprimée d'un côté!! C'est inadmissible! Enfin, dernier exemple du service déplorable, alors que le petit déjeuner commence à 7H, étant arrivé à 7H30 et ayant demandé un café expresso, on m'a répondu que la machine à café n'était pas encore prête, 30 minutes après l'ouverture du petit déjeuner! normal pour un 5*? Enfin, douche qui fuit, ampooules HS, chambres à rafraichir: loin des standards d'un 5*

cet hotel n'est pas à mon sens un hotel 5 etoiles , je le classerai plutot 3 etoiles et encore ! la salle de bain laissait a désirer (tringle de baignoire rouillée, vieux tapis antidérapant dans la baignoire), sur 4 nuits passées la chambren'a pas faite une journée, ... bref si vous pouvez eviter, evitez !

Manque de caractere, trés bruyant pour le nombre de touristes, on à l'impression d'étre dans une gare, service ordinaire mais trés bien situé au centre ville. La salle de bain est propre et moderne, mais l'utilisation du lavabo est trés inconfortable.

My experience was terrible! First of all is not a 5* hotel, but maximum 3*! Very bad condition, it need asap an refurbishment! Very overpriced, especially when i bought 2 cocktails and print few pages, they asked me 5000 rupees! The staff doesn't help so much, becouse they're not very well trained and some of them rude! The breakfast is very limited and not a very good quality! Someone, break a glass and some rests of that glass went inside the pancake mixt, they didn't even bothered to replace it! Very dangerous for health! Overall, i recomand to avoid this place!

The Wi-Fi connection was quite terrible. We had to purchase the wifi to use our phones. The breakfast service was poorly organized. Could have been better. The cleaning was ok. Receptionists need to focus on guests instead of their phones. Other staffs were presentable and keen to help.

Staff and service was good. Hotel property is dated and various fixtures are falling apart. I even had mosquitos for 2 out of 5 days stay!

Booked 2 rooms but were changed before checking-in without asking. We didn’t know until we opened our room door. Then the staff tried to blame on us for booking 2 days before. But then why make us pay for those rooms beforehand when they weren’t available? Had to speak to 3 different people to try to resolve this. They lied saying rooms weren’t available but they were as soon as a supervisor showed up. Rooms are beat up though. Need a good renovation. Rooms smelled damp. Not exactly a 5 star hotel. Not worth the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was nice. Check-in staff was rude. However, all the other staff were so polite. Location is great.

Definitely not a star category hotel. This place and like a lodge quality l, rooms stinks, food in buffet served is not fresh. Not worth the money. Similar price range/ couple grand more you could get Taj.

I was on the eighth floor and i could hear their stupid outdoor events space as if i was at the party myself. I called the front desk twice to tell them i was trying to sleep at a reasonable 9:30 pm. The party went well beyond the timing they said and i had to get up early the next day. I may as well have been sleeping outside with how bad the noise was. I’m not even exaggerating. Zero sound insulation. I even recorded it on my phone.

The property is slightly older, the property has so much potential but it almost just bets on its convenience being close to Connaught Place. Good: Beds, Staff, Location Bad: Pool, Small Gym and breakfast. Breakfast is rather unpleasant. The property requires major upgrade, high dose of dust.

The rooms need renovation. The cupboard doors are falling apart , washrooms looks old. Overall the rooms are not kept to current standard. They are out of date.

The lobby is very underwhelming. The gym is very small and conjusted. The breakfast is sad. The overall place needs a face lift. But the location is excellent.
