Great House with own pool!
The House is very big and has a lot of room. The highlight for sure is the own pool, but the the real highlight was the great communication with Julie. Things can always go wrong and the way it was sorted out and communicated was simply great. The traffic on the nearby I-4 was quiet annoying sometimes, but that's nothing to do with the home itself. All in all, great place to stay and we can recommend it for a stay and would gladly return in the future.

Definitely recommend thia beautiful home
This home it beautiful. You feel like you home everything was clean amd work perfectly. The Kids and us enjoy the pool. Definitely will book again. Communication was great with the owner. Bedroom waa big bed was very comfortable to rest. We enjoy the Christmas tree still up wich we love. I do recommend this home.

This place was perfect for us! It was the perfect size for me to travel with four of my five kids and my parents. The bedrooms were spacious. My kids LOVED the pool. It was a cozy vacation in this house.

A lovely property and we had a lovely stay but in the welcome pack it said do not move the furniture when we dropped something and had a look under both settee’s they definitely had not been cleaned under for sometime also the pool area could do with a jet wash the umbrella needs replacing having said all this it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property and we would recommend it.

Best place

Wonderful vacation
We had a great vacation at Julie’s villa. The house is as advertised. Everything we needed was supplied. Weather was amazing. Lots of time resting in the sun by the pool. Shopping, dining and highway close by. Close to attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

Great Stay
Great stay at the property. All as advertised and Julie was great to deal with all the way through. We were there through Hurricane Ian and the property manager was in touch etc along with Julie to check how we were which was a nice touch. Very pleased overall and would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa within short drive of the attractions
We have a fabulous holiday using the villa as a base to visit the Disney and Universal parks. Lovely pool and nice and spacious rooms and open plan living area/kitchen. A few minutes from shops and eateries at Posner Park. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what we needed
After several days on the road in and out of hotels, this immaculate little slice of paradise was exactly what we needed. The house sits in a quiet little neighborhood minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, offers a great layout for multiple families, was very clean and well kept and the whole process was very accommodating. Our overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

Beautiful home!! Bad neighbour’s
Home was beautiful but upon arriving and settling in we were quick to find out what other reviews meant when they said LOUD neighbours. The proximity of the homes to the left or right and behind are so close you might as well be in one big commune. I realize we can’t control the neighbours that rent other homes …but my god to have 10-15 people in one home and music go all night. Kids with their intoxicated adults up until 3am. Only to restart around 10am and we’ll into the night. I had to Contact police on 2 different nights to atleast bring the noise level down to 10 instead of 100. So if you are looking for some relaxing down time away this is not the area. Just when the one family would leave another would show up to the right or left. I feel so bad for the owners of these homes. There is no respect shown from the renters at all. I am a nurse and have worked through this pandemic for over 2yrs and was just wanting a vacation with some down time. A lot of money spent and sadly no relaxing. I get it people are on vacation to but have a tiny ounce of respect for people around you that have spent a lot of hard earned money to enjoy a vacation also. Beds in 3 of the 4 rooms were very noisy and not comfortable. Definitely need to be upgraded. If there is one thing owners should keep up on us comfortable beds and new sheets & comforters. These were definitely used and older feeling. My thing is nice soft sheets and good mattress. Pool had stains when we arrived down in one corner and the day we were checking out the pool guy came and went but still same stains and dirt were in the corner. He maybe spent 10mins. I watch a pool guy in the next home and he was cleaning , testing, filling , scrubbing the walls for atleast 45mins. So I think our pool guy could be cleaning better and putting more time into the job. Julie was great to deal with and like I told her , it would be awesome if the house could be lifted out of that area and in a better place I definitely would go back Thank you Roxanne

Vacation rental/people walking in house
The house was great but we had a bad very experience. We were on the couch at night and someone walked into the front door with a door code. We were completely startled and asked what was going on and the person at the door said that they were staying here and we said we have been in the house for 3 days and have it rented for 4 days total. We told them to leave and we contacted the property manager. As I went out the front door the people were still outside and said that they will just walk in the house. I showed them our confirmation and gave them the property managers number. All our children and my girlfriend were scared but all the property manager said was it was doubled booked and the other people would be staying somewhere else. Having someone walk into a rental your staying at late at night is scary and unacceptable. I feel like there should have been a refund or some sort of discount as our stay made us nervous that someone might walk in throughout the stay or night.

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed this house on our recent vacation. Even though there were only three of us, it was big enough for a large group. It was close to theme parks and amenities. The pool was great!!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. On the first day after we got in from shopping one of the fire alarms started to beep call property manager after hours and called me back. It was late so they came out the next day witch was a Saturday. We enjoyed the house and the pool and are looking forward in booking the property again in the future

Three month stay in Davenport
My wife and I have stayed in several VRBO properties over the years. We liked the layout of the house with the newly painted rooms and the screened in pool area. Some of the neighbors had little respect for controlling their loud voices and radios all times of the day and night. Upon arriving at the house, our first impression wasn’t very good. There was no electric garage door opener, the carpeting in the living room and a couple of bedrooms had numerous stains. The living room carpet was eventually replaced with laminate which was a great improvement. The kitchen stove glass top took my wife two hours to clean. The limited pots and pans were all stained and were replaced by Anthony who was very responsive to any concerns we had. The dining room chairs were stained and the blinds for the patio and dining room didn’t work properly and were never addressed during our three month stay. We have never rented a house with a pool and were surprised to find out that there was a $700 a month additional cost to heat the pool. Interstate 4 is a disaster heading towards Orlando just about any time and day. Overall, I think the house is better suited to short term rentals.

Your also only a hour and few mins from clear water beach. It’s a great place and very clean. I would stay there again.

My Stay
The home had a nice layout, but the property was dirty (cloth furnishings had many visible stains). To make matters worse the owner had an absentee property manager and was argumentative, but I refused to let it ruin my vacation and was able to prove my claims with pics and video to vrbo after returning home. I was given a small refund.

I’m sorry to hear you found my house dirty and was very surprised about it, I had only been there a few weeks before and everything was fine apart from the carpets I ask all my guests to report anything they’re not happy with to the property managers as soon as possible Janet or the cleaners would’ve come to sort any issues you had I also explained to you about the stains on the carpets, I couldn’t get them replaced before your stay, but they are being replaced this week

Good Neighborhood
Good: Good, quiet neighborhood. Pool. Location. Bad: found trash under beds, chocolate smeared on wall, no basic stuff for cleaning dishes, general cleaning or for cleaning clothes, no basic supplies like salt and pepper or sugar, ants in the bathroom. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that didn’t have basic cleaning and cooking supplies. So be prepared to buy.

Great host! Communicated very well, and was great for a get away! Only issue was the house is not properly cleaned (not vacuumed, walls dirty and trash under bed/dresser)! Not the host fault, she hires someone to clean and the cleaning company DEFINITELY does the minimum! Beds and linens were clean ! We would stay again!

Glad you enjoyed your stay, sorry to hear to house wasn't up to standard This should be reported to the property manager asap after arrival , so they can contact the cleaners and get them back if required i have passed this on to the priority manager, so hopefully this won't happen again i've not been over for almost 2 years due to COVID, so I do reply on guests feedback to make sure everything is well maintained

Nice vacation home
So I’ll start with the positives: nice home, clean and well kept. The pool was awesome and the house was spacious. We didn’t realize when booking how very close all the backyards are...the pools/screened porches are about a foot apart on all sides, so not very private. Also, our neighbors were extremely loud and partied (yelling, screaming and shouting) into the very late hours on most of our nights there. The beds left something serious to be desired as they were extremely uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. Buttttt despite the negatives it was still a great trip and our families had a wonderful time. Like I said the house was still clean, and spacious. And the owner was very responsive with any questions.

Many thanks for the feedback, I've not been able to get over there for nearly 2 years now, due to COVID, so I do rely on feedback from guests New mattresses are being purchased this month as a couple of other guests have also commented on this Sorry to hear about the loud neighbours, probably another rental as it is usually very quiet there Glad you enjoyed your stay and if you come again you will see some improvements

Property was very nice. It could use some needed upgrades. (Paint, new mattress very hard, carpet cleaned. Overall it was very nice except for one loud neighbor. Traffic is heavy but it's that way everywhere in Florida.
