Large home centrally located with pool and games room.

Spacious Home with Swimming Pool and Game Room.
Fabulous traditional home with pool! Perfect location just 20 mins. to Downtown Dallas, 10 mins. to DFW, close to Irving attractions such as Toyota Music Factory (8 mins.) 6 Flags (20 mins) and AT&T Stadium (20 mins). Includes game room, foosball, shuffleboard and family games. We have high-speed WiFi and three 55' Smart Tv's, two car garage and large driveway for ample free parking. Quiet neighborhood but in the center of everything! You have the best of both worlds. Please note Guests have access to the entire home, fenced in yard and pool area. The pool is not heated and is seasonal. It isn't usable until after memorial day. During the off season we may sometimes use that time to do maintenance and repair work. Swim at your own risk (no life guard on duty).

We booked this home for my grandmother’s 70th birthday, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is beautifully renovated, charming, cozy, and full of thoughtful details. The pool was amazing and made for such relaxing afternoons!What made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated. We were greeted with a vase of fresh flowers, a birthday balloon, snacks, and even a bottle of wine, all arranged with such care and thoughtfulness. It was nostalgic and euphoric in the best way.The host was kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. When we had trouble with the front door, she was immediately available and helped us get in without any stress. She even sent a sweet birthday message for my grandmother that truly touched our hearts.The home is stunning, but it’s the host’s warmth and hospitality that made it truly special. Thank you for helping make this such a meaningful weekend for our family, we’ll never forget it.

Our stay in Irving was the best! The house was clean, open, had a wonderful pool and game room, and most importantly was near the wonderful offerings in Las Colinas (Monaco, The Ginger Man, Cork & Pig, etc.). Great spot for a getaway!

Everything was very nice, clean and well represented in the listing. There are a few things that could be done to better accommodate handicapped individuals. The children had an amazing time as the home provided lots of things for them. The location was convenient for our Dallas family and to all the places we wanted to go. We really appreciated everything!!!

Steff was a great host. We needed a pack n play and a highchair for our granddaughter and she went out and got them...thank you. House is set-up for large gatherings and has pretty much everything you need for a great stay. Very convenient to the highways and no more than 40 minutes to all the attractions in the DFW area. Plenty of room to park your cars and the neighborhood is nice. Will definitely stay here again next time were in the area.

Corresponding with the property manager was completely painless! Property was as advertised and better. More than enough room for our group of 10, never felt crowded or restricted. Location is just minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Great experience, highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious and beds were dreamy. Kitchen area was open and inviting. I enjoyed laying by the pool as well. Great house for any occasion! I didn’t use the play room, but it looked fun!

We stayed at this property over a weekend with 3 other couples. We were in town to see the Razorback vs. Aggies football game. First, our host was amazing! Great communication and great customer service! The house is very roomy with a fun game room and pool. It was located a convenient distance to Cowboys stadium where we attended the game as well great restaurants. Thank you for a nice stay!

This house is absolutely perfect for groups! I planned a team event for my company where we were doing a watch party of our sales summit kick off and everyone had the best time! The open floor plan made it perfect for a large group. People were spread out between the living room, two dining room tables, game room, and pool! Plenty of parking with the incredibly large driveway and street parking as well! Also, planning an event for work is not easy but Steffany made is so easy. Access was a breeze and communication was clear. My boss said we need to deem this house our “company house” where we can all get together from all over the metroplex and spend time in person. Also, a colleague flew in and it was a 10 minute Uber ride from DFW 🙌 huge thank you to Steffany for being amazing and making me look SO GOOD to my boss and company!

Beautiful house. Steph was super nice and she was easy to get a hold of when we needed her. She provided us wish plenty essentials and a AWESOME welcome basket. The only thing is that check out says at 11 but we were asked to leave by 10. But idk If that is a VRBO mistake, but it was not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. 😁 I loved that the House was in a Nice and quiet neighborhood.
