« The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there. « Wir waren über den Zustand der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. In der Wohnung ist diverses Inventar kaputt und schmutzig. Z.B. ein Bett mit altem Farbkübel als Stütze, Sofa, welches von Insekten bewohnt ist,  Schimmel an der Decke, Abfallgelade im Garten. Schubladen in der Küche sind fettig, Inhalt schmutzig. Pfannen können nicht benutzt werden, sind völlig zerkrazt. Abfall von Vohrgänger wurde nich geleert. Die Wohnung wirkte nicht geputzt und nicht instand gehalten. Wir fühlten uns ausgenutzt und...
