« The hotel itself was good for its price but there was this one lady at front desk that was not friendly at all and didn’t have any good customer service. On the other hand other staff members were helpful and did have good customer service but they were all pretty slow and that one lady really ruined the entire hotel. »

« The hotel staff were all so incredibly friendly and personable, it felt like we weren’t just another family coming through. The location was great as well, right next to multiple amazing restaurants. My main gripe is the cleanliness. The floors could’ve been mopped, the bedsheets were meh quality, the hallway carpet was well overdue to be scrubbed, and other smaller things like the dog area being covered in poop or the smoking area littered in cigarettes. »
