« Spent a night because went to see Rodeo in Banning on sunday sept 7. The hotel is closed from a busy road but we had a standard room opposite of this road so it was very good. Microwave in the room which is getting unusual now in usa ( according to me). Staff was nice and professional »

« Staff was somewhat chastising because we checked in at 3am after enduring a medical emergency on flight from east coast to Ontario Ca. Even tried calling around midnight to ex 500 for the hotel to which clerk responded that that extension isn’t working Very poor experience and disappointed in staff responses. »

« The Mission Inn holds up to its reputation. Such a beautiful hotel with lots to see and helpful staff. The restaurants here are incredible as well. My fiancée and I stayed here for the weekend we got married, glad we chose here! »

« Très bon accueil, tout le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et poli. Le cadre est super sympa, c'était l'hôtel le plus chaleureux que nous ayons fait pendant les fêtes avec une cheminée, des décorations etc... La chambres est grande et pratique. Dommage que pour une réservation pour 5 nous ayons dû réclamer des draps, oreillers et serviettes complémentaires et faire le dernier lit nous même, et que pour un appartement avec une cuisine nous n'ayons eu qu'une poêle pour faire chauffer...

« The room itself was clean however it smelled like smoke for being a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged but would go down really slowly. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars. We had no idea before booking, given that the surrounding area was full of lively businesses. Very unfortunate given that rooms did seem clean and tidy for...

« Very good value proposition on a weekend stay. Room was tidy and clean. Ample clean towels, soaps, and shampoo. Furniture was minimal and dated, one blanket layer was had a hole in it. In a good location, with upscale restaurants, businesses nearby. Frankly, I'd stay again at that price any day. »
