Cet hotel est très décevant pour un 4 etoiles Beaucoup de detail qui font que cet hotel est cher pour son prix meuble en mauvaise état tv sans aucune chaine (pas SKY, Pas de Canal + ou autre)

Hôtel sympa
hotel bien situe pres de l'artère principale, personnel accueillant, je n'ai pas teste le petit-déjeuner (facture 15€ par jour et par personne!!!!), possibilité de le prendre dans les rues aux alentours. en résumé hôtel très correcte mais,un peu cher pour une simple chambre.

Hygiene et vétusté des sanitaires
Hôtel idéalement placé en centre ville. Très jolie architecture ancienne mais l'absence de service et la vétusté des sdb ne peuvent prétendre aux 4 étoiles dont il se prévaut. Il faut dire que les tarifs sont inférieurs à ceux d'un 4*. J'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur une courette et le local technique. Faire donc attention au choix de la chambre lors de l'arrivée !

Our plans changed so we had to make 2 separate 1-night reservations. We asked when checking in for the first night if we could pay for both nights but they couldn’t understand how to do that so we had to pay for the 2nd night when we checked out. Seemed odd they couldn’t accommodate us paying for both bookings at once. They did accommodate us staying on. The same room both nights.

They gaves us 2 rooms, in 1 room the floor was incline and was very extrange , we ask but they tolds it was like this. Room was 212, and the other room the TV did not function. Restaurant was awesome

Nice hotel, noisy at night. Strange experience at check in.. checked in and then went out. Came back and was able to access my room. Reception had put me in the wrong room and then removed my stuff whilst I was out. Had to then go to reception to discover all this. New room bigger than original, but all a bit odd and as a lone female traveller felt a bit uncomfortable as my return was at 10pm.

We reserved a Premium Double Room with a Queen Bed that shows on both Expedia and the Imperial websites. We did not receive that room. We received a Classic Room. We did not get what we paid for. We would never have booked the room had we known it was the room we would receive. Did I mention that our thermostat was broken, and we had to call down every time we needed the temperature changed? Also, they do not have a light over the mirror in the bathroom. I will never recommend The Imperial and will think twice before using Expedia for future reservations.

Location is excellent. The front staff are incredibly helpful and aware of what one might need. The hotel is lovely and well maintained. Housekeeping staff were also great. It is difficult to judge the restaurant as we had only one meal, but on the basis of that meal we decided not to have breakfast there, especially since the cost was the highest we say in 4 weeks in Ireland. On the basis on this three days stay we would certainly stay there again.

Loved the Imperial Hotel
The staff was very helpful. The concierge helped arrange day trips which was great. An older hotel with a lot of history, but did not feel old.

Bad AC, Hot rooms.
This hotel advertises having air conditioning and ours did not work. There was no solution to fixing this problem. Don't advertise AC if it doesn't work. During a hot summer trip this was very inconvenient.

Perfect location for getting around, but parking was a pain, both for unloading luggage and for storing car. Staff was helpful. Air conditioning needs upgrade.

Help can be provided with your luggage to be stored or delivered to your room for you while you park. Of all my travels this was the best i have experienced. The lobby is beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was 1st class. I loved the area with all the dining options. The only draw back was the parking, about a 1/4 mile away with no valet option. Aimee was so nice. Appreciated her professionalism.
