« Despite an email exchange with the host prior to our stay, we walked in to find another family was clearly staying/living in the unit. We could not reach the ‘host’ by phone. VRBO was helpful, but insisted we photograph to prove the situation. In downtown Richmond. We could have been shot or had the police called. Our trip was ruined and our kids are freaked out. « The description of the house was spot on. The location was beautiful & somewhat secluded which was a nice surprise. The pool is large; excellent for kids!! As large & roomy as the house is it was very clean. Only one area we were disappointed in. The downstairs bathroom did not have hot water (warm). We contacted our host & he was there almost immediately. However, the hot water remained an issue. For future stays, water heater needs replaced. The bathtub downstairs needs better access...
