« We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. « We had an excellent experience. Lynley, the property manager, was incredible. She responds immediately and takes care of the property very well. There were a few things that needed attention but very minor. It was not an upscale place, but very affordable and in a neighborhood with lots of families close together. It was the perfect location to lots of things to see and do in Richmond. »

« The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. »

« The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! »

« The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. The Keurig is a small 6oz maker. Though this did not hinder my stay at all. The pool was just outside and very convenient. There is an ice machine for all to use, by the pool. « The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed.
