To visit Jamestown and Williamsburg, you will need to take the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry (it’s free!), located approximately 8 minutes of a drive ( 4.5 miles) from the house. From the ferry, it's approximately a 40 minute ferry ride (8.8 miles) to Williamsburg and a 30 minute ferry ride (4.8 miles) to Jamestown.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.

!****For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property's exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.****!
We are pet friendly. However, we only accept up to two dogs for a $50.00 pet fee. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee.

No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
