Je ne l'ai pas vu suffisamment à temps pour obtenir la même chambre à Downtown. Aussi, j'ai perdu du temps à prendre chaque jour avec le taxi pour me rendre à Downtown pour assister à ma conférence.

« We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains...

« The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Housekeepers not so much. Elevator was down, side door of building left open all day and night, unsafe. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, no pool no breakfast. One of our wash clothes had a stain. The pull out bed in the room had crumbs and what looked like party decor underneath so clearly those aren’t being cleaned properly. Overall ok hotel however would not stay there again. »

« L'accueil fut très sympathique, la chambre était propre.
Par contre, hôtel extrêmement bruyant, il y avait de la musique a l'extérieur toute la nuit, des toxicomanes rodaient dans le parking.
De plus le petit-déjeuner était inclus dans le prix. La salle du petit-déjeuner était fermée (23/12), il y avait seulement du café en libre service à l'accueil qui était imbuvable.
Bref passer votre chemin. »
