« Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again. »

« The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay! »

« Sent my hubby and my boys on a weekend fishing trip and they stayed at this place. It was perfect! Place was clean, hosts were amazing folks! After a long day fishing, they were able to chill in the pool. Hospitality was tremendous, and the most important part was that the dogs were the best! Would definitely stay again. »

« Very impressed with the home. Clean inside and out. Beds.. heavenly. Hot tub was awesome and well needed. We came for a wedding, several had stay in the area. All were so blown away from the home. Quiet neighborhood ...everything a short drive away. Next year ...I definitely will be back. »

« This tiny house was a wonderful place to stay in Grass Valley. It had everything we could need or want provided. The home itself was impeccably clean and easy to find. The space itself feels larger due to it's high ceilings (when not under a loft). The neighborhood was quiet and had trails not far away. Rose was very thoughtful with everything inside and communicated well. Would recommend! »

« Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing, which is what we were looking for. We especially liked the large, very well equipped, kitchen and the comfortable outdoor seating area. I would give 4.9 stars if that was an option as the in-house air conditioner had been broken by a prior client and was not in service. However, they did everything they could putting two large standing units in the main living area to cool things down and dehumidify the areas, and we were able to open windows and use...

« This is a wonderful house. Large, comfortable rooms, good kitchen setup, lots of amenities, quiet location, neighbors are not close by, and the view is so nice. Great for mornings and evenings on the large wrap around porch. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. »

« It's clear a lot of thoughtfulness and intention went into the property and amenities. It's rare to stay at a spot where there are cooking spices, tupperware containers, and minimal cleanup/checkout instructions, and all of these little things really added up to make for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation. Amazing location; communicative and welcoming host. »
