« We had a great stay and the home was beautiful and enjoyed it. We had a few things in the home we found upon our arrival. Items in home upon our arrival: Ants on living room floor, dining room table, Dining room chairs had food & dirty, kitchen counters, Master bedroom entry carpet torn, bathroom glass shower door did not shut/close, Outside patio umbrella was torn and broken bars, Guest bedroom bed sideboard hanging off. « The property is absolutely beautiful! The location is excellent. Communications with the property owner were easy and friendly. Booking was a breeze. If there was any constructive feedback to be given, the beds could probably use updating. The stay was not negatively impacted though. I would rent this property again without hesitation. »

« This house was amazing. It was so nicely decorated and had all that you need for a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck in the peaceful mornings and watching the sun go down through the trees in the evening. It was close to both Grass Valley and Nevada City main streets, plus plenty of stores & restaurants. »

« Possibly better than the photos suggest... resort-like vibe, second story with views all around, comfortable living quarters, functional deck overlooking pool, well-designed furniture/fireplace/TV below deck, quiet neighborhood, rolling hills to the west, family-friendly pool/grounds, ping pong volleyball/badminton court, good dining options and downtown Auburn nearby, hiking/scenic trails galore, with a competitive golf course within minutes, topped with thoughtful hosts... what more could one...
