« Location, location, location! The house was nicely furnished and well stocked. We did have heat issues but Debra was right on it and worked with us to get it resolved.We will definitely stay here again. »

She also allowed early check in, which unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of due to the bad weather in Houston. The location was perfect and near the historic area. « The property is located in a very convenient neighborhood in Sun City. It has easy access to many of the amenities offered. The house is decorated with very old but OK furniture. The master bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances, although old, work well. The new TV in the living room is confusing and limited but works well.The major issue we had with the property was cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty as were the cupboards themselves.
