« Horrible experience where the bath towels had small black hairs all over….GROSS!! Reached out through the app on day of arrival 5/20/2026 and they said they’d have them delivered ASAP. Had continued communications through both the app and Ethan. Ethan advised on 5/21/2026 that someone would be delivering and if we weren’t there they’d leave them inside and that was around 4pm. Towels NEVER arrived that day. We did not get new, clean towels until Friday morning 5/22/26 after we had already...

« There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The...

« We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property that is close to everything in town but seems like you’re relaxing in the country. Everything about the barn apartment was great, from the comfy king bed to the delightful decor. Even the dog had his own pet door and fenced play area. Sitting outside on the breezy patio or taking a walk were especially lovely as you watch horses roam about and deer coming and going through the day. We were sad to say goodbye. A perfect place to stay with the...

« 1. Disappointed that we did not have the code to enter the building. It was late at night and I had notified the host and ask for detailed direction to the property. I called the number to The only access code the host gave me is to the unit itself. If not for a lady who parked her car in the covered parking spaces and helped us and gave the access code and opened the door for us. 2. Soon we get in to the unit, it's obvious that the floor was not even swept, kitchen countertop not even wiped, b »

« This house is very spacious! With two teenagers in tow, it was important that everyone got their own space to decompress after the long journey. We enjoyed the pool immensely but didn’t partake in the other games on hand. Beautiful kitchen! I absolutely loved the cabinets and layout. And let’s talk about the master bedroom! I need to know who designed the closet and where it was purchased. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for at home. There are a few things that could use a little tlc,...

19. Leander Place for work and relax

Leander

« This apartment is very basically furnished, the pictures show more than is actually provided. There is a couch that is very worn and shabby, a coffee table and a TV hanging on the wall. No coffee cups, a coffee maker that barely works. The bedroom has a bed frame with a mattress, no mattress cover just a very thin sheet and comforter and a table. The 2 towels were thin and had bleach stains. One light bulb in the three bulb vanity. The elevator did not work the first day I was there so had...
