I received the check-in instructions the morning of my arrival and the host responded very quickly to my couple questions. My preference would be to receive the check in instructions sooner. « We came into town for a one night stay to listen to some music at the Capitol Theatre. This apartment was so nice, and the location so wonderful, that we extended for the whole weekend. « The best location you could ask for in Macon. Right next to a great pizza place. Recommend parking in the 5/day parking garage to not deal with the hassle of street parking and updating the meter every 3 hours. The place is modern, beautiful, with all the amenities you need. Great bed and soft towels. Host is very responsive and professional. Allowed us to check in early which was an amazing help. 5 stars all around »

« I highly rate this place a 5, even though,1) there was an awful, awful smell in the hallway of the 4th floor and 2) there was uncovered food left in the fridge. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The location was perfect, being in the heart of downtown near lots of restaurants and close enough to the mall and other small shops. »

« My daughter was having a baby in Macon. I needed a place to retreat. This was a great location - close to downtown, restaurants and the hospital. The residence was perfect for what I needed. It was clean and the owners were attentive to my communication. I would stay there again »

« A plumbing company came while I was staying at the unit and did work that was loud, caused me not to have water for 3 hours so, I left and ran some errands. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. In my opinion, it's how owners/management react to issues, and I believe they did a good...

« We visit the area often and this place is quite unique with horses and chickens and tons of walking/riding trails. Perfect time of year to go! Larry was friendly and readily available. »

« Wonderful Property ! Very beautiful, well maintained, kept clean as a whistle ! Wonderful Manager that helped me. Excellent friendly bartender the night I had a couple of drinks. I took my car out of the convenient parking deck to go wash it So many great restaurants literally within feet of the hotel. Great downtown location, very safe & well lit neighborhood. It checks all the boxes ! »

« We really enjoyed our short time here, only 2 nights. Cabin was very clean and comfortable, It accommodated the two of us very nicely.. The setting was very nice and scenic. We got a big kick out of the chickens and roosters! Owners provided us with fresh eggs and were on site to answer any questions or to bring anything we might need. Cabin was well stocked. Everything was as advertised and we recommend it highly. »
